Kathi Davis, RN, CDE

Nurse Kathi is a registered nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator. She has worked with Albany Medical Center Department of Pediatric Endocrinology and is currently employed by The Endocrine Group. She has been a part of the Circle of Life Camp family for the past 11 years.

 

 

Cheril Clow, RN, CDE

Nurse Cheryl is a registered nurse and has been employed at Albany Medical Center Department of Pediatric Endocrinology for 16 years. She has been a Certified Diabetes Educator for nine years. She also is currently working with the Genetics Department. She has been a part of the Circle of Life Camp family for the past 10 years.

 

 

Anne Levitt, RN, CDE

Nurse Kathi is a registered nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator. She has worked with Albany Medical Center Department of Pediatric Endocrinology and is currently employed by The Endocrine Group. She has been a part of the Circle of Life Camp family for the past 11 years.

 

 

Evelyn Sandoval, RD

Evelyn is the Quality Assurance Manager/Safety Coordinator for Chartwells Dining Services at the University at Albany. In addition to this role, Evelyn is responsible for counseling university students/athletes with diabetes, celiac disease, food allergies, and numerous nutrition concerns. Evelyn has been involved with the Circle of Life Camp since August 2000

 

 

Alicia McAliffe-Fogarty, Ph.D.

Dr. Alicia was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of eleven. She established the not-for-profit camp in Albany, NY in 1996 at the age of eighteen. She is a Licensed Clincial Child Health Psychologist. She has conducted research evaluating psychosocial adjustment and regimen adherence in adolescents with diabetes, and the effects of a diabetes camping experience on adolescents with diabetes. She is an accomplished author of Growing Up With Diabetes: What Children Want Their Parents to Know published by John Wiley & Sons Inc.
